Pauline Drake Joins Friendship Village of Bloomington
Pauline Drake has joined Friendship Village Bloomington as Marketing Director. Drake has a BA from the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, Iowa and was previously employed by Kelly Promotions in marketing. She is a 10-year board member and current board chair of a non-profit organization assisting homeless and at-risk youth. She was also chair for five years raising more than $80,000 per year for her church’s annual fundraiser. Friendship Village Bloomington is an accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community offering town and apartment homes, assisted living and nursing care. The community is owned and managed by Life Care Retirement Communities, Inc. headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.

Linda Ware Joins Abbey Delray South
Linda Ware has joined Abbey Delray South as Director of Life Planning. Since 1999, Ware has been a keynote speaker, personal coach and trainer with Lasting Impact Group, a company she founded. Ware has a BA from Ohio University and graduate courses from Springfield College and Westfield State College. Abbey Delray South is an accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community offering villas, apartment homes and nursing care. The community is owned and managed by Life Care Retirement Communities, Inc. headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.

April Taylor has joined Life Care Retirement Communities, Inc. as an Accountant. Taylor holds a BS in Accounting from the Indiana University and is a member of Beta Alpha Psi, the honorary Accounting fraternity/sorority. She has accounting experience in the not-for-profit arena at both the University of Indiana and the University of South Dakota. She also was employed by E & Y as a Tax Compliance Staff Accountant.
