Reinvesting in Your Community

As part of our nonprofit ethos, we channel our resources right back into enhancing living experiences for our residents at The Waterford. Recent investments include the renovated wellness center, new performing arts center, and refreshed common areas. In addition, a $205 million expansion is currently underway that will be adding additional luxury living options and care levels to better support the needs of our residents.

Committed to Care for Life

Each Lifespace community is committed to providing care for life for all Life Care residents. As part of fulfilling this promise, any resident that outlives their financial resources through no fault of their own can continue to receive support and care for life at The Waterford. This promise is partly supported by donations to the Lifespace Foundation's benevolence fund and underscores our unwavering commitment to our communities.
